I have a question I was hoping you guys could help me with.
I have a small 2 car block garage. No insulation on the walls or ceiling. It's usually 20 degrees hotter in there than outside and the summers in Kentucky can be pretty brutal.
There's no attic or anything, just the roof coming down to meet the block wall (and gaps were they meet). So I'm thinking I need to vent the roof. I think the hot air is getting trapped up there and is heating the whole place up.
So I'm wondering:
a. Am I even barking up the right tree?
b. If so, do they make vents that can be closed in the winter to prevent the heat from escaping?
Thanks guys!
