I am looking to hire a contractor to grind my floors as it looks like I have a sealer on it. I am contemplating on a DIY kit like Nohr S. Do you also use a brush and paint the vertical section of the concrete under the baseboard or leave it bare concrete? I don’t even know if it would work anyway - I assume it would drip down bc of gravity before drying. Mine is about an inch of concrete that shows. Hopefully I am making sense of my question.

What ever looks best to you. Don't apply paint so thick that it'll run & you won't have any problem. Almost every paint in the world tells you "several THIN coats are better than any thick coat.
