For those of you looking to coat your garage floor, I have some insight if you are considering the Quikrete system.
I recently coated my garage using the system and have had great results (so far, it has only been a few weeks). I have already spilled paint on it and have been able to scrub it off without any ill effect on the coating. The concrete slab was in good shape to begin with, less than 5 years old and no major stains. I used a commercial degreaser to start out with and then used the included etcher.
Overall, I would reco the Quikrete system for your typical residential garage. Ping me if you have any specific questions.
