Looking for some help identifying this Quincy compressor

Perhaps a 70/80s vintage, 60 gallon tank, with part # 112586R ? on the head

Any info is appreciated

the part # does generate results in replacement parts sites, but does not indicate what pump model?

Doesn't appear to be 2 stage, don't see an intercooler line
The tower on the top doesn't look quincy-ish, but can't see much of it

Possibly a QTS or variant. Here's a manual. cylinder is p/n 112586.

unfortunately I dont have anymore photos, its for sale and bit far away. Im trying to decide if its worth the drive?
