I have a similar situation. I my case, I am parking three cars in an essentially two car garage. One Brit toy is reversed in, and through two 'three-point' turns, it ends up parked parallel to the rear wall. The other Brit toy is manouevered, through a series of similar, but less drastic turns, to park parallel to the outside wall. The daily driver comes in on a radius and ends up straight.
Garage is a bit cramped, but I have five feet of room between cars and inside wall for my workspace.
No problems with tire marks, slipping etc. True, cars will track in whatever is on their tires, but cleanup with a damp mop every so often keeps things tidy.
Cheers,
Bruce
