Ranger R500 balancer throwing a code error 6-3 solution?

I have a ranger R500 wheel balancer throwing an error code 6-3 does anyone know the proper diagnostics solution for this?

Looks like it means the wheel was spinning too slow. Manual says to check the encoder cable and motor.
