I swear I didn’t abuse it but it has stopped ratcheting. I have taken it apart a few times attempting to repair it but to no avail.

Is there a trick to this style? A tiny spring that sprung?

I checked with my local NAPA today and a repair kit is not available, though nothing is obviously damaged.

That type typically has a small ball bearing and a spring. From the image you included I do not see those parts.

Is Napa not honoring the warranty on it?
Should that be the case go with something else.

You're missing the pintle and spring that goes in the selector switch hole that pushes up against the pawl.

is it a stiff spring? How small is the ball? I have a selection of springs.

The guy I talked to yesterday didn’t know how to do a warranty. He suggested I talk to the manager.

Uh oh. I swear no parts came out when I opened this thing up. I wonder if it got robbed of parts before I bought it…. I did buy it cheap off eBay, but it was supposed to be new.

Did it work when you got it? The internals look the same as Capri. Parts from a Capri rebuild kit will likely work and you may even get an upgrade to 90T, but you're missing these parts:

The other spring and ball go under the selector switch. I'm betting the Capri rebuild kit can all be swapped in except for the cover plate since yours is through screw and screws into the plate instead of the body.

Thank you so much @vjquan! This image is what I needed. I inspected the selector switch closely and found that the cylinder had gotten stuck. It popped out with a bit of coaxing. I added a drop of oil and now it works perfectly.

Maybe there is something to oiling ratchets...
