Hey all. For years I’ve always soldered and heat shrunk with adhesive any 12v connection I’ve made. 5v, 12v, whatever. Anyways, as I’ve gotten older and time hasn’t been on my side day to day I’ve grown to crimp connections with heat shrink adhesive sleeves. I bought a crimping set from Amazon which came with a bunch of jaws for pins, however they’re somewhat flimsy when applying more pressure on thicker connectors. Any suggestions? I’d be using on an array of pins and insulated connectors.

Not sure what sizes you are working with, but I've had this for a few years and been very happy with it.

EDIT:
Adding these as well:

Despite the low price point, I've had good luck with that brand.
