recommend a LED flood light for me

I have just put up a 30x50x12 shop with a 138ft driveway. I want to install LED lights on the front and side of the building to illuminate the best that I can. With fixtures varying from $39 to $11,000 it seems a bit overwhelming to make a decision.
Ideally, I would like to spend $100-$150 per fixture, but can flex a little if the quality is remarkably better.
Any input would be appreciated. I can mount these fixtures about 13 feet high.

I live on a 5 acre lot and am considering a third fixture mounted about 25 feet high on the back of my house to try and illuminate as much property as possible. What would be your suggestion for about a $300 fixture?

Are you talking "yard lights" ? As in dusk to dawn .........

I would only spend on the high dollar LED fixtures if these lights are going to have long on times day after day.

Conventional fixture with motion detectors and upgrade the bulbs when the LED market matures in price and quality.

I have them wired to work off a remote control relay. As I drive up to the shop, I can turn them on or I can turn them on from the house.
My goal with the shop is to light up the outside when loading a trailer or feeding the dogs in the adjacent runs at night.
For the third fixture, I want to light up the yard on demand, but the time of use will be limited. These will not be on for hours at a time.

What I like about it, is that you can set it, with 2-light levels!
...with adjustable low level LED (20% or more) when it is not detecting motion.
In this mode, your not blinding the neighbors with unwanted light pollution.
So you have a constant low light, especially in winter, for less than pennies!
When it does detect motion...OMG!! It is friggin bright!!!
We will how long it actually lasts...but so far, so good!
I feel I already got my moneys worth.
I do want to mention, since it is mounted under the eaves of the garage,
it is protected from rain and snow.
The dials on the base look like they wouldn't do good on the side of a wall that gets pelted with rain and snow...just a FYI.
Using common sense when evaluating your light choices, consider the location you plan on mounting your unit...

I just put one on the house from Menards similar to what ambenz posted, but I went without a motion sensor. The motion sensor version I bought from Menards was a nightmare.

Both Sams and Costco have a Honeywell LED flood light that is upwards of 3500 lumens. I bought one to put on my basketball pole. I would highly recommend.
