Recommendation for Poly Under Slab

Looking at pouring the slab in the next week or two. I have a general question. First, I have about 10" of Washed Number 2 stones. I need to raise up the stone level and was going to have a few more tones of No. 1 Washed brought it. Next, I was going to lay down 2" of foam board, then lay the poly vapor film, then pour the pad (with rebar and pex tubing for floor heat). Does this sound like a good plane, or would you lay the vaopr barrier over the stones, then foam board and pour slab?

Not sure where to go with this. Any ideas?

My garage has two inches of foam over the Polyethelene Sheet. Under the poly I have sand so it was fine. Since you are using stone placing the foam under the poly will protect it from stone punctures.

I do think however that the rebar is overkill for a garage slab. I would use the fibers added to the concrete to help with shrinkage cracks and if you insist a woven wire fabric instead of rebar.

The foam should go OVER the plastic...Rebar? giant overkill IMHO...I used fibermesh in the mix...no wire...standard procedure around here...works great.
