Record no 22 vice restoration

Other than obviously very dirty and clogged with grease and dirt ,i was planning on restoring this old vice,stripping,cleaning and rebuilding ? The jaws are jammed and stiff ,hoping this is from many years being left in garage and full of grease,quick release not working either ???? Any tips and does it look correct ? No pieces missing ?? Thanks

If your vice is a Charles Parker #22, I just picked up one. Post some pictures when you can. I'm new as well, I'll post when I can.
