So, here is the Power Arm clamp, finished. I made this one for myself. It was designed for the Baby Bullet and Power Arm Junior. This version is beefy and more than an adequate stopgap, given the lack of originals available on the market.
For those curious about the construction, the clamp is composed of five components. The body, handle, and screw top clamp (for lack of a better term) are 3D printed using a high density filament that is 60 percent iron and 40 percent polymer. The rod is stainless steel, and the threaded sleeve is also stainless steel. I used the same design as the clamp I made previously.
As for the finish, this one is Verde green, but I can also do 1960s Wilton green, battleship gray primer, or leave it completely unpainted.
