Here are the changes in the revised model,

UPDATED FEATURE: full extension ball bearing drawer slides support up to 100 lb. and feature secure latch retention system that ensures your drawers are completely closed and secured

UPDATED FEATURE: 5 in. x 2 in. casters (2 stationary and 2 swivel with toe locks) can support up to 1,200 lb.

UPDATED FEATURE: premium drawer liners are included

Other highlights which got my attention,

All welded steel construction with a tough, rust-resistant powder coat black paint finish

This is a new and improved version of the 46 in. 9-Drawer Mobile Workbench with heavier gauge steel, heavier duty drawer slides, higher load capacity and drawer liners.

These slides also have a unique Secure Latch retention system that ensures your drawers are completely closed and secured.

. The full-length top drawer provides storage for longer tools and the extra-deep bottom drawers are great for storing bulkier items.

Mine has been full of "extra" tools with a 500lb lathe on top of it for over a year. Casters still roll fine. The drawers hardly get opened.

I saw it yesterday when I was looking at the Milwaukee workstation for $698 and the Husky 9 drawer looked a bit more sturdy and smoother than the Milwaukee. Maybe it was my imagination but for the money it's well worth it.

Really lost my patience and hurried to my local Depot to see what the hype was all about, all I can say that most customers are just buying for the looks and price, but not the overall quality. It did feel sturdy, but 10% of the rear left and rear right support columns still had a void in the top most area (towards where the wood-top resides) and the front corner columns did not reach the floor either. It appears to be reinforced on the back but the columns do not fully extend from top to and bottom which takes away the confidence. Definitely not suited for anything heavy duty, great for keeping tools stored in a stationary toolbox, more for show rather than use.

The flier almost got me out on Friday but I resisted the urge. I did go by today to check it out. My lust has died down because seeing it in person (they had two on display) generated a big "Meh!" from me. It is a nice enough product, but the big thick top was what first drew me in. The display models had puny little girly-man 1" tops. I would have to top it off with some 2x8s or something. Now I am more interested in the new DeWalt tall rollers.
