Why is it that when I want to buy some rather insignificant item (<$20) from MATCO, they want to charge me shipping (>$10), when I can deal with Snap-on and shipping is FREE?

I guess you might say that QUALITY PAYS.

I guess that "THERE IS A DIFFERENCE",

When I was kid I never purchased from JC Whitney.
Their $5 minimum shipping on an item I could get anywhere, anytime negated the purchase every time.

So, since we're on
riddle me this:

I have a theme party coming up. I remembered the old ******* After Dark tv series. I thought it would be fun to have it play on the projector and to pick up a soundtrack from it for background music.

Ebay, the background ******* after dark cd runs from a penny to 23 bucks, averaging about 12 bucks for a new cd.
On Amazon, the same cd is up to $212 bucks with $20 shipping. That 212 dollar seller has LOTS of cd's available at these stupid prices.

Is it, as I often think, a drug purchase?

Due to a past life experience I'm well versed in placing cryptic and clandestine want ads as a way to transfer information. Is this still the case? the cd's contain encrypted data meant to be sold only to certain pre-ordained individuals? I have no other explanation for some of the stuff on ebay and amazon.

some sellers instead of removing a listing when it is out of stock will just bump the price up high to keep people from ordering.

When I was in collage we used the classified personals for a assassin game, was quite fun.
