Thanks, it IS a lot of work, but the fun part is engineering solutions to the problems that crop up, and not only making them work but look professional too, and not backyard hacked. I've had a few setbacks due to health issues, but I'm back on it again and moving forward.

Latest update as the "final" plan comes together for submission to the city. The thing that is jumping off the page for me is the floor height of the bottom level being 44' below the peak of the top floor. That seems like a lot. Lost a glass wall on the 2nd floor. Still thinking about swapping a storage room for SLOT 1 on the 2nd floor. Office area on 2nd floor seems like wishful thinking... not sure how that will sort out. Maybe just a bar and lounge type space to BS with car guys while looking at the cars.
