So I have been trying to finish my garage. It has been built for 5 years but we still have yet to finish the walls(40'x25'). We will start next week.
But this spring I plan on laying down an epoxy floor but I saw the Rock Solid floor kit at lowe's for $249 with the basecoat, flakes, etching solution and clear topcoat. Seems like a good deal for 99 cents a sq. foot w/ chips and clear topcoat. Went on the website and it has a limited lifetime warranty, is suppose to be 4x stronger than epoxy, won't suffer from jackstand and jack metal wheel marks or any kind of chemicals, also says that it is 98% more flexible than epoxy too.
Has anybody tried this? If so how is it holding up? Ease of installation? Durability?
