I bought a set of Rodman Multipurpose drills many years ago. I remember the salesman telling me that they would replace broken bits. Well, I finally broke one and decided to see if they would replace it. I emailed them and James Carter replied that they would replace the bit if I sent the broken one to them. I did, and within a few days I had a new bit! All in all, they were friendly and easy to deal with. 
That's much better than Snap-On, which does not replace damaged bits.
