Ryobi wall mount PW

Looking at a pressure washer for the shop. Looks like a lot of guys are starting to use ryobi electric PW and mounting them on the wall. Not familiar with electric units. Im coming from a 3000 psi gas unit. How will these perform. Obviously im not looking to remove mud from ranger/truck inside the shop but if I could knock to birds out with one stone with an electric. Will there be much difference in the ryobi 1800 and the ryobi 1900? Or would the 1200 be better to get more gpm

I am confident that both the psi and gpm ratings on those are... Embellished, but I bet they can wash a car fine.

Get the highest gpm rating, which I believe is the one marketed as the car/truck washer.

I own both a gas and an electric pressure washer. 3000 psi v. 1400 psi. The 1400 psi works great for cleaning windows and the car, but if you are scraping paint, forget it. I rarely break out the electric anymore, as instead of two hoses, I have to deal with 2 hoses and a power cord. And no matter what, the supply hose and power cord get tangled.

I'm in the other boat with this one. I use my small Ryobi electric maybe 10X more than my gas. Most of my usage is washing vehicles and don't want the pump running unless I'm spraying.

I have the 1.8gpm unit and love it for cars/trucks. I still miss the power but the convenience is worth it. Just cleaned some patio furniture as well. You're not going to be cleaning concrete very well, but that's why to have both.

if I want my wife to pressure wash she will only use an electric one, I have a dewalt & ryobi electric & both work good. You just can't expect these to do the same work as a 3 or 4 gpm unit, but they make up for it with ease of use. I buy the ryobi for work also as they are cheap enough to be throw away, but they take a beating & surprizingly they just keep working.
