Does anyone know if there is some type of sealer or wax theat could be put over a good epoxy coating?? I've scrubbed the floor with a small buffer that has a round scotch brite type pad that really brightened the floor back up, but I'd like to put something over it to seal it up and protect it. The epoxy is a light grey and shows up everything.

Hi Bob,

There are plenty of products available including our AuraShine 3511. You can also think about coating over that with a solventbased urethane or an epoxy clear which would be more maintenance free.

There are plenty of things to consider if you're going to over coat that. I would suggest that you contact Fred with AlphaGarage and let him help you work it out...

If its a good epoxy then why would you cover it with an inferior product? Wax is a sacrificial coat that needs to be stripped and redone every so often. What you need is a good aliphatic urethane or Polyaspartic. This will not only maintain a higher shine but be more chemical resistant, more scratch resistant and much, much less maintenance.
