what would i be lookin at on the data sheet? if im trying to compare sealers? Also the true high solids silane and siloxane sealer like the tl021 is still a penetration sealer and wont sit on top and make a slick surface correct? waiting for legacy to chime in about their products as well
SO you go to the store looking to fix a headache and you see several medicines including Ibuprofen. Obviously we all know what we are looking for there. Is it cheaper if I have to take 2 to get the same strength?
So if you look at TL021 for example....

If I was going to use TL021, I would do the two coats, as suggested but I would dilute it by 50%. Thats still about twice as strong as a lot of brands out there (per application) but my experience has been you get a beter application when you break it down like that -- and it penetrates better. Just make sure you go wet on wet.
A lot of companies have replaced tech sheets with sales sheets that they call tech sheets. There is nothing wrong with that. I just like to give my customers the raw data and save the sales pitch for the website
