Seattle Pole Building Recommendation?

Hello,

I relatively new to GJ (it's fantastic btw) am in the process of trying to put up a pole building on Seattles "East Side". Currently I'm looking at Permabilt/Town and Country and Spane as builders. Has anyone had experience with either of them? I'd be very interested to learn how things went for you. If you have other builder recommendations I'd also be interested to learn about them. Other questions: about what did your cost per square foot run? If you put in a concrete floor, how did you spec it (thinkness, reinforcement, crack management approach)? Did you install the electrical at the same time or plan for later? What did you do that was helpful (glad you did)? What would you have done if you had to do it over?

I'm grappling with not being able to build the square footage I'd hoped in order to accommodate a modest number of cars, but I was once told, if you built a building over the entire surface of the earth, it'd likely be full in a year. ...well, thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

SparkEE: love your spirit and from another PNW member i'm happy to see you joined our group. one of the members is currently talking about building a pole building on our PNW thread i started for the SORT OF local members in the 6 or so state and BC areas. check out that thread and i put in a link for a member's thread who built a Permabuilt building in Puyallup a few years ago now and is still happy with it.

BTW if you ask how big should you build your shop/garage you'll always get an answer of how much can you afford to and build a bit more. since i am looking sort of for a final place to hang my hat and filling up storage units now i would love to build something.

if you have any questions just ask probably on threads more so than this little introduction area, but there are a few of us that like welcoming new members cause we might have a bit more time or maybe we just like to help.
