Second forum/navigation tree

Just a suggestion.......
Another forum I've been to had what I would call the forum/navigation tree that is at the top of the page, they had a duplicate at the bottom between the last post and the quick reply box.
It would be a laziness issue but after using it, it's a nice feature, seems like I dont have to go back to the top of the page as much if I want to switch forums.
Here would be an example from a random post in the Questions & Suggestions forum:

I doubt that Ryan makes any changes in VB as he has said lately that he needs to get back to work on Xenforo

from main forum index,
right click on forum name, i.e. "free parking",
"open link in new tab", or whatever your browser calls it.
when you're done reading, close that tab, go back to the main, and continue.
