I was in the Dallas Museum of Art a few days ago.
Made me with for a tool museum/exhibition.

This was at The Modern in Fort Worth. We took in the Kimbell and the Modern. Kimbell has stuff you can relate to. The Modern, not so much. Except maybe the giant sculpture outside made of 2" steel. But I just wanted the steel. :lol_hitti

I think this belongs in the WTF thread...

What would really belong in the WTF thread was an "exhibit" in the same room - an 8' T-12 flourscent light mounted on the wall at a 45 degree angle with the lower end just touching the floor. "Acquired from a private collection." Indeed. It was plugged into an extension cord. My wife and I both wondered if it had to be transported like that or if the artist/donor allowed it to be carried in like a common light fixture.
