Seller Not Sending Item Or Communicating

I purchased an item from the classified section on Aug. 5th and have not received it yet. I've contacted the seller twice but have not received any reply as of today. If this turns out badly what are my options? It was paid for via PayPal and I'm not in a panic,yet, but just want to let others know about the seller, if I get screwed.
I will not name the seller for a while until I'm certain that the deal has gone south.
Thanks for any advice I can get.

How many posts does the seller have roughly? Did you pay with the gift option?

File with paypal, they generally have your back....provided you didn't send it via the gift option. Ryan needs to know as well, of course.

BTW check the post count next time..
also see how active the seller is.

This is rotten. Someone on this forum was kind enough to mail me a Craftsman tool tray for my vintage cabinet and I made sure to pay him right away and follow-up.

Hopefully, there is some sort of explanation.

2 months ? I'd be filing with Ebay.

While the member may have had a large post count, he could still be a scammer that post whored to get his count up. The 100 post count may not be perfect but it is a deterent to keep the lowlifes at bay.

iajonsey, like Simon said, let Ryan know and if you would PM me the username, I'd like to help check into this issue.
