Hi, FNG question here. I have a small cheapo depot shed that was on our property when we bought the house. It has an OSB floor which is now starting to get skylights for the rodents thanks to a few years of water, snow and salt from my snowblower. In the short term I am going to just patch the OSB as needed, I have tons of it on hand from various projects. My question is in the spring when I can finally take sometime off and properly fix this thing, what is the best course of action? Replace with 3/4" pressure treated plywood or something else? Do I need to jack the framing up to replace the OSB under there or just cut out the "usable" floor space of the shed and replace that?
The shed is used for storage of basic homeowner lawn tools, my 2.5 year old's outdoor toys and most of my automotive tools (air compressor, impacts, etc).
TIA!
