Shop floor sealing questions

30 x 48 shop, 7 years old concrete floor, moderate staining from wrenching.

I want to clean up the floor and put down a clear coat sealer, for gloss and protection.

Not really interested in breaking the bank for some top end look, just want to clean it up and seal it.

If I sand it can I just put sealer on top when I'm done, what's a good sealer, etc... Thanks

Be careful with the oil. Could be an issue with a water based sealer.

YES. ALWAYS check the chemical resistance of any product you purchase for this type of application. I just took a snap shot of the TLPPC TDS and attached the section on chemical resistance

Our SPGX one part polyurea in clear would be a reasonably priced solution for clear and that is super chemical/solvent/fuel resistant.

Yes you can. Just make sure that areas where the old stains were at will absorb water. It they don't, they will not allow the TLPPC to penetrate either.
