When I built my shop, I had all intentions of taking it with me when we move from S.C. Well, it turned out we moved a lot farther than planned. (Ohio)
So I sold it. Great space. 8" SIP walls, 9" I joists 12" on center, 2x6 rafters. Work was removing old polyurethane, still good shape. I grabbed it all! My shop was a walk in cooler. It took nothing to heat and cool. Very quiet too. At 16 x 16 it got a little tight.( dumpster diving at work)
I have a new 14 x 24 pole shed that's nearing completion. Then I can move my machines from the garage and park inside again. Just a few pictures.

Still not finished here. I added a deck on the front and trim was finished.
The yellow was there for two years, then painted it to match the house. I have a pic somewhere of the guy moving it. Total disaster.
The MOVER, showed up with a 34' homemade trailer. Barely got it into the back yard. Tore up two of the neighbors yards. I did bring in top soil and repaired them. I thought they were going to break the building down to move it. (50 miles or so) Nope...16 feet of building down the road, no permit... Wow.

My buddy moved a large outbuilding without any kind of permit. Did it at 3am. Took both lanes. Grew up on a farm so he can back a 12' wide trailer int a 12' 2" space, no problem.

That's a good time! Not at 5:00 pm
in Charleston S.C. That's one reason we moved, grid lock..
