Picked up a 20" LeBlond Rapid Production lathe. No threading capabilities or compound side, though I will be modifying an old compound slide to work with this cross slide. Looks like it was originaly made in 1941 or 1942, and has U.S.N. stamped on it, I'm guessing the Navy was the original owner of the lathe.
Still cleaning it up, don't plan to "restore" it, just clean it and use it. it cuts real well, and everything works nicely on it. Power carriage and cross feed. Came with 3 additional chucks and a bunch of tooling, couldn't pass it up for the price.
Pretty heavy, weighs over 4000lbs.
