Small light bulb

I have a very old stereoscopic viewer that I’m trying to find a light bulb for. It’s so old that it’s made out of bakelite. The bulb base is just a bit smaller than a standard flashlight bulb with finer threads.

I’ve done a bit of internet sleuthing but have come up empty.

Any ideas?

Light bulbs with "Edison threads" are classified by the diameter of their threaded connector.

Standard light bulbs are E26 (26mm or 1 inch threads)

Candelabra bulbs are E12 (12mm)

"appliance bulbs" are E17 (17mm)

Try measuring the outside diameter and see if it fits any standard size.
