They have minor pitting on the surface and some very small amounts of surface rust. (see Pics) These unfortunately see more time in my box than working.
The cutters have a very small gap (see pic) Pliers 47acp have been touched up with a black deco marker to help inhibit the rust. (see Pic)
All have more box time than use. Comes with tray.
