Hi, my first post on this forum so go easy
I'm just starting to kit my garage out with some tool chests. After a lot of thought and research I am opting for second-hand Snap On gear because the quality of the equipment is very high and it seems to take the punishment and keep on going for years. I have many childhood memories of friends fathers having Snap On chests and we used to have the Snap On truck visit when I worked in the bike workshop.
One of the drawers in my chest doesn't lock shut when the others does. I guess there is a fault with the mechanism. Can this be fixed? Any how to guides? I did a search on the forum but nothing came up. This is the chest I have:

Once other question I had on this is how the draw fronts should be finished. Are they just bare metal? If so I guess I can just wire wool them to a good finish?
This is my top box (picking it up on Wednesday).

Long term aim is to do a restoration on them, but I want to get my car project finished and back on the road and track first!
