Snap-On wrench identification help, please

Hello, would anyone know this wrench's use and age?
My lame internet skills are of no help.
I emailed Snap On to no avail.
It is about a 2 3/4" hexagon.

a quick search for Snap ON N8302 wrench, comes up with two expired EBAY Canada listings saying that it's a wrench for a railroad diesel engine fan.
