They actually pointed it out and said if I was still cool with it missing the one piece. They said it was last one left. I didn't care lol

Wish I could find store locally that had ratchet, screwdriver or ratcheting wrenches.

These will be freebies I'm giving to friend who has nothing in way of tools. I'm throwing in 3/8" drive ratchet and some screwdrivers in toolbox so he'll at least have some tools when I'm there. The sawsall will be the go-to tree trimming tool !!

Thanks! Picked up the sae/metric low profile sockets, pliers, Kawasaki impact, Reciprocating saw, and ratchet handle. All at one store.
When I went to pick it up the guy went in the back for a while and then tried to say he couldn't find my order. I explained they personally called me and said it was ready for pickup. I made sure he knew I was very annoyed and not having it. Sure he enough he went back again and quickly found it. Then he tells me he noticed what i paid on the receipt and that it was a really good deal and that he was going to go online and order some for him. So seems they have no idea until you go to pay and they lookup the order.

Yea, never let those employees tell you the item is not there...99% of the time it is there, they are just too lazy to spend time to look for it.
Thanks for the heads up. I picked up a Kawasaki impact and 5 of the misc. hand tools. All for like $8.

I'm not talking availability/QOH, I'm just getting "no results found."
You're saying changing stores allows or precludes certain item numbers from being found in their search?
If you search "GM4755" do you get a hit?
not all stores carry the same, I have like 30 stores with a 50 miles radius of me and only one store had them. For the store that don't have them I also get the "no results found." Part of the game. continue searching another store. Time consuming but so far it has paid off for me

My online order was cancelled in the past few days.
They sent email for the order confirmation, but there was no email or call about the cancellation. I had initially been checking everyday, then reduced checking to every few days, so I don't know exactly when it happened.

Yeah they cancelled my order this morning. Last night I bought the Kawasaki impact and some misc. stuff. I wonder if the store employees went to pull the orders and saw the clearance prices and bought the stuff themselves?
Check your store online. If it says check store for details it is probably unavailable there. Otherwise they have to dig for it. For example we found the spinner bar hanging on the wall behind the cashier and the Kawasaki was in "the cage" all those items didn't say check store for details

Just today I got the ratchet wrench set GM4755 and the 1/4" drive handle GM8160. They were the only two items within 30 miles of the house but I found them both at a store 5 miles away. Less than 5 bucks! The lady behind the counter said I got a good deal. I said 'you ain't kiddin' and said I'd like to get more but she said something to the effect that she'd get them first. Great thread and great forum! Thanks
