OP, usually it's advertising, unwanted and unapproved. There is also 'attack' style I suppose.

I read some where the company that makes the SPAM meat wanted to sue for the use of the name SPAM over the name of it being used for unwanted email. The use of the name SPAM for unwanted email came about from the Monty Python skit as posted above.
SPAM, Spam SPAM, SPAM, Spam.......

I have no idea, I don’t ask as I really don’t want to know. I like spam, not every day, but I don’t have a problem eating it, ignorance is bliss.

Yes. It is everywhere in Hawaii. When the wife and I were there about 20 years ago every ABC store seemed to have a full end display of the stuff.
