Q: How many programmer's does it take to change a spark plug?

A: None, that's a hardware problem.

idsoftware,

Here is a great forum thread on "Nissan Versa Forums" about replacing spark plugs: Versa thread. I would follow the advice posted from member "westrock" about purchasing new spark plugs.

As for the spark plug socket, here is the one recommended at the end of this thread: Amazon.

Good luck,

Dave

Depends on the plug brand actually...
And the year and trim level apparently. I think this is a good time to recommend that the OP buy a full set of deep well sockets in both US and metric, just to be safe. This is GJ after all. What are we here for, if not to help our fellow man by getting them to buy more tools?

Lol, well yeah! Definitely S-O flex ratchets in every length available, lest the engine explodes from using sub par tools...

And locking extensions...

And a torque wrench...

Just did a 2015 Versa 1.6 today. It was 9/16" or 14mm. 5/8" wouldn't even fit in the hole.

Also don't forget a manifold gasket and TB gasket. If they're the same motor.
