Use these a lot. They have proprietary innovations like serrated pitches that require no predrilling, combination heads (robertson and philips), and heat treated screws that are strip resistant.

Edit; I buy mine at Home Depot. They have a small display located in my local shop, it may be store specific. I have not found them at my local Lowes or Menards.
