stanley bench grinder restoration

Took apart my grandfathers stanley 286b grinder and ran into a few problems. The bearing the left side is bad. How do you take it off and where would i get a replacement. Also needs a new cord which shouldn't be a problem outside of getting the right side of the case off. Other then the bearing I am just gonna sand blast everything and repaint. Any ideas what the year is? original paint color?
