This is the cap and screw only. Produced from 1876 (77?) to 1918, this is fairly early, with the scalloped, Japanned screw. The cap is 2" wide and just a hair over 3" long. Someone needs this to complete their early Stanley #4 or #104!
Aside from a light cleaning to remove dirt and a wipe-down with WD40 to remove sticker glue, I haven't done any restoration or rust removal. Japanning is original as is light rust.
