Stant pressure tester adapter 12026

I need to pick up a stant cooling system pressure tester adapter 12026. It's for a 00 F150 with the 5.4L and has female threads. Hoping someone has a used one they aren't using anymore since I'm just a home wrencher and these adapters add up fast. Will also consider the assenmacher equivalent which is F32. Or any other brand equivalent.
