My new shop has almost 4,000 sq. ft. of 1-1/8" subfloor that needs to be covered.
My last shop's second floor was much smaller & I used vct in the dirty fab area & commercial carpet in the storage areas.
Looking for suggestions for the new storage area & fab / bench mounted tool room.

Might as one of the supporting vendors, but I used white polyurea on the the plywood floor of my trailer... It's been on there for about a year and has been great.

I am assuming you have 1 1/8" Advantech? I believe Huber and the vct companies will call for an underlayment before installing the vct. I haven't been a huge fan of vct over "wood" flooring. I feel it performs best over a denser concrete type subfloor.

As much as I hate to say it, I would think something more like an LVP or LVT (glue down not floating) would be a better fit if carpet, wood, or tile don't fit the use case/budget.
