Suggestions for Par40 LED bulbs?

This isn't garage related but you guys seem really knowledgeable when it comes to these things. I have recessed lighting in a room in my basement and I have been lazy about replacing bulbs. Well they are just about all dead now so I am ready to change them all over to LED. They are 75 watt flood pattern par 40 bulbs. I go through them like crazy in that room because they get turned off and on a lot. I'm hoping for some energy savings and a longer lifespan.

Can anyone make some suggestions? I have experimented with a few par30s in my kitchen and one thing I didn't like was how narrow the light pattern was. Also I need something dimmable.

I replaced all the PARs in my basement with the CREE LEDs that replace the bulb and trim ring from Homey Depot about 5 years ago when they were on sale for $15.99. Can't tell they're not incandescent. They dim very nicely, but you need a dimmer switch rated for LEDs. I wsh I had bought more.

Tommy, thanks that's exactly what I had hoped to hear. My trims are old and not particularly good looking so replacing the whole thing has some appeal.

Check with your poco and see if they have rebates. The local one here, Peco, basically pays for half the cost of the bulbs. Instant rebates on a lot of leds at the HD and Costco

They were 18 or 19 bucks each, light is nice and looks very incandescent if you will. I wish I had gotten the 47 degree spread ones but I wasn't paying close enough attention. So far so good.

Costco in Sun Prairie ( Madison) had FEIT BR30 Flood 65 watt ( 13 watt) dimmable, 750 lumen, 2 pack for $4.99. $12.00 instant utility rebate.

I replaced 15 recessed cans that had 65 watt flood, CFL 65 watt or PAR 75 watt flood. The BR30 work great.
Costco also had standard 40 and 60 watt LED ( 7.3 and 9.5 watt)) for $1.00 each ( three pack for $2.99 after $9.00 utility instant rebate). I replaced all the bulbs in the house that are used often.

Needless to say these are awesome prices. Not sure if the rebate program is still on.......I purchased them 2 weeks ago.
