I been hunting one of those for years, found one last year at the big swap, was sold 20 mins before I got there. oh well Keith
This one sold for $1278.
WoW! That went for twice what I thought it would. I think I may get one from a gentleman who deals in these. This is NOT the guy in Michigan who sells them for A LOT of money. On top of that, the cabinet is another $500! They are beautiful restorations but a little outta hand for a testing tool. I'm just a hobbyist, jeesh.
This is the problem with eBay. I don't care to bid against the entire country. This would probably have gone for half of what it did before the January article in Hot Rod Deluxe.

I have an old Sun distributor tester buried somewhere in the older garage. I'm not sure of the model, but know that it works for 6V distributors. Is that consistent with the 504, or does that model cover 12V systems as well?
