Sun Equipment pickup bed lift

Hi I have a lift and it looks like its the type that mounts in a bed of a pickup truck. Its new in the crate and the crate says Sun Electric and has a part number 0001-0206 VLD-01. I can't seem to find and information or pictures, anyone know anything about these?
