Sway bar installation question

Does it matter which way a sway bar is installed.It has a hump or rise in the center of it,does that go up toward the body or down or does it even matter.
Thanks for any insight.This is a tough install on a 69 Vette and no doubt i'll get it wrong.Front 1.25 bar is installed,hump down.
PS: Directions say nothing about this aspect of installation.

Orientation shouldn't matter as long as it clears the rest of the frame and/or suspension. Check ground clearance also.
I would check with the manufacturer if I were you and see what they say.
