Okay, okay so maybe if you pound the scheet out of them with a hammer ... or they take a direct hit from an IED, they're destructible.
Let him know when they start making hese boxes out of 1/2" titantium plate!

Well the Swedish Military stacks these on carriers of some kind. The top load rating is 1500lbs. So, it's made pretty well... maybe not indestructible though.
In any case, I think they are awesome... and as soon as I find some that priced right, I'm in.

I think those are from the IKEA combat collection. I believe part of Swedish military training is assembly of these boxes and one entertainment center blindfolded

I just think it's an outrage that you Swedes would keep your girlfriends cooped up in a box like that. The alcohol OK, but I wouldn't ship a Russian mail order bride in a box like that, let alone a gorgeous Swedish woman.

There are companies that make plastic inserts that stack inside various size ammo cans. They are handy for keeping small quantities of all different kinds of parts, hardware, etc stored where it won't rust or corrode. I've seen them at gun shows. Kind of like fishing tackle divider boxes, but sized to drop into the ammo cans. More for storage than daily use however.

I was in the Swedish Army for fifteen years and remember those boxes very well, haven´t got any of them in my garage though.
