Hi guys
This is a major long shot. I know these machines aren't very popular, and support online is pretty hard to come by.
I am trying to use the Optimize function on this machine, where you spin the wheel alone, put the tire on and spin it as an assembly, and then it will tell you where to move the tire to on the wheel to optimize the balancing.
Here's a vid I made showing the problem. I'm sure it's user error. Following the manual that I got for the machine, but it's very poorly written and explained. This is an Italian machine. I emailed the company but no response.
