Mine have had breakers shut off for months already
I am currently recycling various flammable materials into hot water. We are well beyond where I want to be heating things with electricity. Wood boiler is chooching away happily burning coal and three year seasoned ash.

my mr cool must have EVI. it does this in single digit weather:
also got down to negative double digits and never quit.
meanwhile the 5 ton "armstrong air" (LG internals) cuts out at -4F and won't restart until +4F. (if you try it'll lockout and require power cycling the control board).

I learned the different model use different gas, and thus different low temp shut offs.
sadly the 2 ton works much lower than the 3 ton. figures.
BUT the 2 ton did keep the main warehouse space at about 55F when it was -20 air temp outside.

Ok, NOW I understand why someone would live out in the sticks.sigh. spring 2027 project.
Both your length and width are wider than my lot. I think my entire lot beats that space by like 1-125 square feet (very minor and friendly discussion with a neighbor about their fence vis a vis my driveway...)
But my garage also doesn't pay any bills on behalf of the family.
