The utility company is giving away a whole set of energy saving devices along with some hot water pipe insulation . . . I will receive 6 meters of free insulating wrap for the water pipes . . .
If it wasn't free would the average person do this little upgrade?
in my mind I feel it would keep the heat in *** amount of time longer, and the added benefit is less wasted water to be run, before it reaches full temps which are acceptable for the average Joe
