thoughts on these shop lights?

Im looking at t8 fixtures for my new garage and there are so many specs I don't understand. I've already decided on t8's. Not t5's, not LED's. Just t8. Deciding between 4' and 8'

Any initial thoughts on this fixture? I am going to surface mount. Energy consumption, output, etc? Any advice appreciated.

The fixture you linked to is a 2 lamp 8' T12.

Do 8' quad lamp T8's.
