Thread subscription tools?

where the hell are they. I know they exist because I changed mine to subscribe to every thread I post in to keep track of threads that interest me.

Its gotten out of hand, I have several hundred now and this will be the third time I have to sort through them and delete the ones I just made a comment or suggestion in.

How do I change it back, For the life of me I cant find those options again

User CP / Edit Options / Default Thread Subscription Mode (half way down)
set to "do not subscribe"

Thanks, i looked at that tab 50 times but never pulled it down because I thought it was just for email notifications.
